What is the Hefty Fundraising Challenge?
Terry and Noel Hefty cannot join us for the ProAm race this year, but with true Vintage Spirit and an amazing commitment to the club and to The Race Against Kids’ Cancer, they are offering to help you land a seat in the ProAm race!
Over the next 5 days you have the opportunity to add $1000 each day to your sponsorship total. Terry Hefty has generously offered to allocate his contribution in the following way:
| Saturday, July 22: | $1000 to the driver with the most donations of $50 or more that day |
| Sunday, July 23: | $1000 to the driver with the highest dollar total that day |
| Monday, July 24: | $1000 to the driver with the biggest donation that day |
| Tuesday, July 25: | $1000 to the driver with the most $100 (exactly $100) donations that day |
| Wednesday, July 26: | $1000 to the driver with the most donations of $50 or more that day |
All donations for the Terry & Noel Hefty Challenge must:
- be made electronically on the raceagainstkidscancer.org website (no checks or cash without prior approval from Jamie Stiehr)
- be made at or after 12:00 am and at or before 6:00 pm the day of the challenge to be counted
Wednesday, 6:00 pm is the cutoff to determine the ten RMVR racers making the “finish line.”
